Here is today’s page; a little late, but here nonetheless!
It is actually an incredibly impressive thing that Constantinople only took 12 years. You may think that it’s a long time, and it is, but come on. It’s an entire freaking city. New York took hundreds of years to get to the size it is now. Of course, I’m sure Constantinopolis still had some expanding to do, and it did in fact spread quite far. Even across the river.
After twelve years, the new capitol was ready, and was dedicated to God.
Constantine: See? I told you! No, thank you!
Subject: Sire? Okay, let it down.
The new capitol was to be named Nova Roma, but, as if on cue...
