I’m thinking Constantine really was as anticlimactic as this.
Not too happy with the looks of this page. I will probably touch it up in the weeks to come as we prepare to publish the first book.
It was Constantine's wish to lead this war as a crusade.
Constantine: That means I need you bishops to really be on board with me.
Bishop 1: Really, Persia?
Bishop 2: Shut up, free crusade!
Bishop 1: I didn't realize you were being literal!
Bishop 2: I think I'm gonna be sick!
This happened.
But once again, Constantine's plan fell through on execution.
Commander: Emperor! All 150,000 troops are geared up and ready to move out!
Constantine: I'm dying.
Commander: Oh, okay. Guys, the war's cancelled!
Constantine: Did you hear me, I'm dying.
Soldiers: Aw maaaaan....
